These Terms and Conditions apply to orders, reservations, and related services provided by Hana (hana).

  • Wish to purchase flowers for pickup at our shop or delivery to an area supported by Hana (hana).

Delivery availability will be confirmed individually based on the destination and order details.

Article 3 — Orders and Reservations.

  1. Customers may submit flower orders or reservation requests through the forms provided on our website or through other communication methods accepted by Hana (hana).
  2. Submitting an order request or reservation inquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed order.
  3. For flower delivery orders, Hana (hana) will review the request and confirm product availability, delivery details, pricing, and payment arrangements with the customer.
  4. Flower delivery orders are confirmed once the order details have been agreed upon and payment has been received.
  5. For in-store pickup reservations, confirmation is subject to the procedures and conditions of the applicable reservation system.
  6. Hana (hana) may decline an order or reservation if the requested flowers, delivery arrangements, or other conditions cannot be accommodated.

Article 4 — Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are quoted in Japanese yen (JPY) and include applicable Japanese consumption tax.
  2. Available payment methods may include PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, and supported cashless payment services, depending on the order.
  3. For international orders paid through PayPal, we will provide a payment link after confirming the order details, delivery charges, and total amount.
  4. For international flower delivery orders, full payment is required before flower preparation begins. The order is confirmed once the agreed payment has been received.
  5. Any additional charges payable by the customer will be disclosed before the order is finalized.

Article 5 — Pickup and Delivery

  1. Products will be prepared for the agreed pickup or delivery date, subject to flower availability and seasonal conditions.
  2. Local delivery is available in designated areas of Osaka, including Chuo-ku, Nishi-ku, Kita-ku, and Tennoji-ku. Delivery availability and charges will be confirmed individually before the order is finalized.
  3. Delivery may be delayed or affected by severe weather, traffic disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  4. If an agreed pickup or delivery arrangement cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer promptly to discuss an appropriate alternative.

Article 6 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  1. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns and exchanges for reasons of customer preference are generally not accepted.
  2. If flowers arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order, please contact us on the delivery date whenever possible. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
  3. Cancellation deadlines and any applicable charges will be communicated during the ordering or reservation process.
  4. Online pickup reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions displayed in the reservation system.
  5. For individually arranged orders, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the agreed conditions and whether flowers have already been specially ordered or prepared.Any applicable conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
  6. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property

1.Photographs, text, designs, logos, and other materials published on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where such protection exists.

2.Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder.
