For custom-made bouquets and floral arrangements, prices are confirmed individually based on the customer’s requirements and budget before an order is finalized.

We accept PayPal for international orders. All payments are processed in Japanese yen (JPY).

Payment Deadline
For orders paid through PayPal, we will send a payment link after confirming the order details, delivery fees, and total amount.
Full payment is required before we begin preparing the flowers. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received.
The payment deadline will be communicated individually when we send the payment instructions.
Delivery Period
Flowers are prepared for the agreed pickup or delivery date, subject to availability and seasonal conditions.
The delivery date and applicable charges will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for customer convenience.
If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us on the day of delivery. We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Order cancellations are accepted until 12:00 PM (Japan Standard Time) two days before the scheduled delivery date.
